SANAA, April 27 (YPA) – Minister of Health Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel affirmed on Tuesday the ministry’s readiness to provide necessary equipment and medicines to supply the health facilities in Marib province.
This came during his meeting with Marib governor, Ali Mohammad Toaiman, to discuss ways to improve the health situation in the province.
Meanwhile, the governor reviewed the suffering of the Marib sons due to the deterioration of the health situation and their travel to neighboring governorates for treatment as a result of the systematic targeting and destruction of the health sector by the Saudi-led coalition, which destroyed three hospitals and about seven health units and centers.
He noted that the local authority would work to facilitate the work of health personnel in a way that contributes to improving medical and therapeutic services.
