4 civilians killed, 2 injured in eastern Afghanistan

SANAA, April 24 (YPA) – At least four civilians were killed and two others injured on Saturday when an improvised explosive device planted on the side of a road exploded in Afghanistan’s eastern Province of Ghazni.

“An explosive device exploded this morning in Shalez district of Ghazni province, killing four civilians and injuring two others,” an Afghan source told news agencies.

Meanwhile, four Afghan police officers and a university professor were shot dead by unknown assailants in the capital Kabul, a security source said.
