Presidential decree to amend name of Ministry of Planning issued

SANAA, April 19 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council in Sanaa issued on Monday decree No. (22) for 2021 to amend the name of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.

Article (1) of the decree stipulated that the name of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation would be amended to Ministry of Planning and Development, while Article (2) included the tasks and specializations.

Article (3) stipulated that the Ministry’s organizational regulations shall be issued by a presidential decree after approval by the Council of Ministers based on the minister’s proposal six months after the decision.

The last article stipulated the enforcement of this decree from the date of its issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.
