Al-Bokhaiti describes Hadi as person of deprived volition

SANAA, April 14 (YPA) – Dhamar governor, Mohammed al-Bokhaiti, considered the exiled president, Abd Rabbo Mansur Hadi, as a person is being deprived of volition and does not rise to the level of a tool.

Al-Bokhaiti said on twitter that the function of Hadi is a glove that can be used by any party to pass the foreign agendas.
