Pro-coalition commander injured in clashes in Marib

MARIB, April 13 (YPA) – A commander loyal to the Saudi-led coalition forces injured on Tuesday in clashes broke out in the city of Marib, sources familiar with the battle fronts.

The sources affirmed that the clashes renewed between the Yemeni army and the coalition forces in Jabal Murad district.

The confrontations came after the army waged an attack a military attack on the coalition forces’ positions on the district, south of the city.

On Monday, dozens of coalition forces were killed and wounded, including Brigadier General “Saif Abd al-Rab al-Shaddadi, commander of “159 Brigade, in the army’s attack on several their sites in the fronts of Jabal Murad and al-Abdiyya in Marib.
