NMC prospects rainfall, rise in temperature during next 24 hours

SANAA, April 13 (YPA) – The National Meteorology Center (NMC) on Tuesday expected rain of varying intensity accompanied by thunderstorms on several provinces and rise in temperature extremes on deserts and inland plateaus during the next 24 hours.

The center warned citizens in areas with expected rain of presence in the bottoms of valleys during and after the rains.

In its bulletin, the Center warned residents of desert areas, inland plateaus and coastal areas of the rise in extreme temperatures, calling them not to be exposed to the blazing sunlight during the day.

It pointed to a marked increase in temperature extremes, especially in the deserts and the interior plateaus of the provinces of Mahra, Hadramout, Shabwa, Marib and Jawf and parts of the coastal provinces.
