Yemeni army attacks Saudi vital military headquarters, installations with 18 drones and 8 ballistic missiles: Military spokesman
SANAA, March 26 (YPA) – The Yemeni Armed Forces on Friday carried out a large-scale military operation targeting several vital military headquarters and installations in Saudi Arabia, the spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces said in a statement.
According to the military spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e, “ the Yemeni Armed Forces began the Seventh Year of Steadfastness with a wide-scale qualitative military operation.
The Armed Forces targeted military sites and vital facilities belonging to the Saudi enemy in a joint military operation (National day of Steadfastness Operation)) using 18 drones and 8 ballistic missiles, the military spokesman said .
He explained that Saudi Aramco sites in Ras Tannoura, Rabegh, Yanbu’, Jizan, and King Abdul Aziz base in Dammam were bombed with 12 Sammad-3 drones, and eight Thulfiqar, Badr and Sa’eer ballistic missiles; other military sites in Najran and Asir were targeted with six Qasef-2K drones.
He confirmed that the operations successfully achieved all its objectives.
Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e warned the Saudi aggressors of the consequences of continuing its brutal war and siege against the Yemeni people, pointing to its readiness to carry out more severe and harsh offensives within the coming period if it continues its aggression and siege.
