STC militias surround home of in Lahj

LAHJ, March 17 (YPA) – Several militants and military vehicles belonging to the southern transitional council surrounded on Wednesdays home of director of Radfan district in Lahj province, medially sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources mentioned that the commander Mukhtar al-Nobi sent military vehicles to arrest Mishaal al-Daairi in al-Habilin city.

The vehicles carrying fifth brigade militias surrounded al-Daairi home with the aim of preventing him from carrying out his duties after being appointed by the Governor of Lahj who is loyal to Islah.

The sources pointed out that the encirclement of the director’s house came a week after the director of his office was kidnapped in the directorate’s security department building.
