ADEN, March 16 (YPA) – A video published by media outlets showing dozens of protesters in Yemen’s southern city of Aden stormed the presidential Maasheeq palace.
The video showed angry demonstrators, who stormed on Tuesday the presidential Palace in Maasheeq area that used by the Saudi-backed Hadi’s government, to demand services and pay salaries.
It reported that the demonstration began this morning in the Bank Square in Crater, and then the demonstrators set off to the Palace.
The demonstrators are demanding an end to the collapse of the local currency, the exchange of salaries and the provision of services, which was caused by the mercenary government of the invaders and occupiers.
The southern provinces suffer from an unprecedented collapse of the local currency against the forging currencies, in which a single dollar is reaching up 915 riyals, as a result of the policies of aggression and their mercenaries who continued to print banknotes without cash cover.
In the same context, media sources reported that security forces surrounded the home of the Minister of Interior in the mercenary government in occupied Aden.
