Al-Ajri: Sanaa will not accept the US proposal for the Yemeni crisis

SANAA, March 13 (YPA)- A member of  Ansarullah’s political council,  Abdulmalik al-Ajari on Friday has commented on the US envoy to Yemen’s ceasefire plan.

Abdulmalik al-Ajari said that the movement will not accept the US proposal for the Yemeni crisis as the plan is in line with Saudi Arabia’s vision.

The US proposal for putting an end to the war in Yemen is in favor of Riyadh and hence Sanaa will not accept such plans, Abdulmalik al-Ajari tweeted on Friday.

تحدث المبعوث الامريكي كينغ عن تقديمه مقترحات لوقف اطلاق النار مطالبا انصار الله الرد عليها.والحقيقة ان ما تقدم به هو شروط السعودية لوقف اطلاق النار. كان على كينغ ان يدرك انها لو كانت مقبولة كنا سنقبلها من السعودية مباشرة ولا حاجة لمبعوث امريكي ان كان سيتبنى الرواية السعودية .

“The fact is that what he [Lenderking] has offered is the same conditions set by Riyadh for a ceasefire. Lenderking should know that if such proposals were acceptable, we would have accepted them directly from Saudi Arabia and there would be no need for the presence of an American envoy,” al-Ajari added.
