12 ISIS members killed in airstrike in Iraq

BAGHDAD, March 09 (YPA) – Iraqi Security Media announced on Tuesday that 12 militants of ISIS organization had been killed in an airstrike carried out by the international coalition in Adaya Mount to hunt down the remnants of the terrorist organization.

The security media indicated that the airstrike resulted in the destruction of a den of ISIS, which contained about 10 members of the terrorist organization.

It also pointed out that a force from the 75th Infantry Brigade and the 92nd Infantry Brigade carried out raids and searches in the area, and found two ISIS operatives wearing explosive belts, and they were dealt with and killed.

In the same context, the international coalition aircraft also carried out an air raid in ‘Al-Aitha’ area, which resulted in the destruction of a large tunnel used by the terrorist organization.
