Islah implements military movements in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, March 04 (YPA) – A major movement are being prepared by the Saudi-backed Islah forces of the first military region in Hadramout, in a step aimed at control of the entire province.

Salem bin Dagher, deputy local command of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the province, said there are those who are preparing to fully control Hadramout and its resources, adding that about 45 thousand fighters of the STC are read inside Hadramout to foil the Islah movements.

In the same context, the Hadrami Elite Forces deployed in the “second region” on Wednesday in “Sur Al-Mashgas” area and established military points to control one of the outlets extending to Wadi Hadramout.

The province is witnessing a state of security anarchy and spread of criminal gangs and assassinations that targeted prominent social and religious figures in all the governorate’s districts due to the conflict between the Saudi-led coalition factions.
