Doctors, workers launch strike at Al-Gamhuria General Hospital in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 23 (YPA) –   Doctors of  Al-Gamhuria  General Hospital in Aden on Monday staged a full-scale strike, demanding  their salaries and financial benefits.

Hospital workers and staff pointed out that the Ministry of Finance in the “Hadi government”, suspended the hospital’s budget, and the salaries of the employees.

They  warned of a humanitarian disaster due to the suspension of all sections, except emergency.

The hospital’s workers and staff called on the head of Hadi’s government to intervene and put an end to the ministry of finance’s intransigence, and to pay their dues as soon as possible.
