Sanaa receives 11 soldiers defected from Saudi-led coalition side

SANAA, Feb. 16 (YPA) – The National Center for Returnees in the capital Sanaa on Tuesday received 11 soldiers defecting from the Saudi side in Marib province.

 Among the returnees, the commander of the 3rd Battalion in the so-called 126th Brigade, Lt. Col. Alaa Abdo Ali Saeed, and deputy arming the so-called 3rd Brigade, Major Khaled Mahdi al-Jumaie.

 During the reception, the defectors explained that the aggression alliance and its mercenaries had been faded away from many locations in Marib province.

 They pointed out that the invaders and mercenaries are dying and soon Marib will return to the homeland and the aggressors will be defeated as their ancestors were defeated.

 The defectors expressed their appreciation for the good treatment they have received from by their brothers in the army and the Popular Committees.

They confirmed their willingness to “move alongside the heroes of the army and Popular Committees who defend the homeland against invaders and their agents.”
