Senior GPC member to file lawsuit against coalition in European courts

SWITZERLAND, Feb. 07 (YPA) – A prominent member in the Yemeni General People’s Congress (GPC) party, resident in abroad, announced on Sunday filing the first lawsuit in Europe against Saudi and Emirati regimes leading the coalition of war on Yemen.

Yasser Al-Yamani, member of the GPC’s bloc abroad loyal to the exiled Hadi, said in a tweet on his account on Twitter that he would file a lawsuit against the Saudi and Emirati regimes, headed by Mohammed bin Salman and Mohammed bin Zayed, for the crime of bombing two houses of his own in Lahj and destroying them.

Al-Yamani explained that the coalition bombed the two homes and killed the sons of his older brother Ali and Ahmed Zain Al-Yamani, and two other of his relatives.
