SANAA, Feb. 7 (YPA) – 150 people were missing and 10 bodies were found due to flash floods caused by the collapse of a huge glacier in Shamuli region, Uttarakhand province, India, according to an infinite toll.
Indian sources said that missing people drowned, most of them workers were carrying out an electric power project in the region when the avalanche caused a river to rise.
The water of the river flooded several houses located on the banks, and corpses of the shipwrecked were seen floating on the water, security sources confirmed.
