Yemeni riyal hits new low against dollar in southern provinces

SANAA, Jan. 31 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal fell to a new low against the US dollar on Sunday in the southern provinces to reach 870 riyals per dollar in Aden and Hadramout provinces.

In the capital Sanaa, the riyal exchange maintained its stability against the foreign currencies at 598 riyals per dollar, while the average exchange rate of the dollar on the black market reached 605 riyals.
