Supreme Political Council praises external solidarity with Yemen against US terrorism

SANAA, Jan. 28 (YPA) – The Supreme Political Council, in its meeting Thursday headed by President Mahdi Al-Mashat, praised the external solidarity with Yemen against American terrorism, the last of that was the designation of Ansarullah within the terrorism list.

In this regard, the Council renewed its condemnation of this designation, stressing that it reflects the crisis of the outgoing American administration and its utter failure in the region.

The Council stressed that “the Republic of Yemen, while welcoming all sincere steps to bring peace, will not stand incapable of defending the Yemeni people’s right to a decent life and would not allow the aggression to continue to aggravate the suffering of the Yemeni people by preventing the access of oil derivatives, in light of the condemned silence of the international community.

At the same time, the Council expressed pride in what the army forces and the popular committees are doing and their permanent readiness to deter the aggression coalition and its mercenaries.
