Palestinians injured during clashes with Zionist enemy in Salfit

SANAA, Jan. 27 (YPA) –  The Zionist enemy forces on Tuesday evening stormed the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, east of the city of Salfit, and raided the home of the family of the martyr Atallah Rayan.
Palestinian sources reported that violent clashes broke out between dozens of youths and the enemy forces, which stormed the town.

The enemy soldiers conducted searches inside the house of the martyr’s father, before interrogating him.

During the confrontations, the enemy forces fired poison gas canisters, which caused several cases of suffocation among the citizens, and they were provided with field treatment.

And this afternoon, it was announced that 17-year-old Rayan was killed by bullets from enemy soldiers after he tried to carry out a stabbing attack near the settlement of “Ariel”.

The village of Qarawat Bani Hassan is located on a high hill, 13 km from the city of Salfit to the west, and the history of the village dates back to nearly two thousand years, and its population is about 6000 people.
