President al-Mashat values great rallies of Yemeni people to reject US designation

SANAA, Jan. 26 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, praised on Tuesday the large crowds of Yemeni people’s millions in Sanaa, and the provinces that went out to reject terrorism and American hegemony.

In a news statement issued by Saba, the President confirmed that the exit the millions of Yemeni on Monday has drew a national picture embodying the Yemeni unity in rejecting the American designation and adhering to the option to confront hegemony projects.

Mr. President thanked all the free people of the world who showed solidarity with the Yemeni people on the occasion of the International Day for Yemen.
Al-Mashat added, “The Yemeni and international protest scene has been deserved to thank and appreciate by us.”

He also praised the honorable participation of the Yemeni people and the free people of the world through social media website, which expressed their position on stopping the war and lifting the siege imposed by the Saudi-led coalition on the Yemeni people for 6 years.

Al-Mashat expressed his thanks and appreciation to the security services represented by the Ministry of Interior for securing the protest marches and rallies that held in the capital Sanaa and the various provinces.
