Yemen army repulses infiltration of Saudi-backed militias in Jizan

JIZAN, May 25 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Friday repulsed advancing attempts of Saudi-backed militias in Jaizn province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The Saudi militias tried to advance towards Ramdah site in an attempt to restore it but were foiled by the army, killing and injuring dozens of them.

The official said that the Saudi-led coalition forces backed it militias with intensive air strikes.

In the same context, 7 Saudi soldiers and Sudanese militias were killed in Al-Ma’aben valley, the official added.

Meanwhile, rocketry and artillery forces of the army bombed Gatherings of in Jalah military center, northern Mabkharah, and Om Al-Qotb site.
