41 kg of hashish seized in Jawf

JAWF, Jan. 10 (YPA) – The Police forces in Al-Hazm district of Jawf province seized on Sunday 41 kilograms of the narcotic hashish, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The quantity of narcotic hashish was seized at a security point on board a “taxi” driven by a 26-year-old man, the official said, adding that the driver was referred with the seizures to the competent authorities.

He pointed out that the car was coming from the Marib province, controlled by Islah Party militias loyal to Saudi-led coalition.
