Yemeni riyal exchange rate recovers in Sanaa, drops in southern provinces

SANAA, Jan. 06 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Thursday continued to recover against the foreign currencies in the capital Sanaa, reaching 589 riyals per dollar, while the average exchange rate of the dollar on the black market reached 600 riyals.

Meanwhile, the riyal exchange rate continued to decline in the southern provinces, where the price of one dollar reached 752 riyals.
