Dozens of settlers storm Aqsa Mosque
SANAA, Jun. 6 (YPA) – Groups of settlers stormed on Wednesday morning the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, in conjunction with the Zionist enemy forces’ restrictions on the Palestinians and preventing them from reaching the Mosque.
Palestinian sources reported that a number of settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the enemy forces, as part of the daily tours that depart from Mughrabi Gate to Bab al-Silsila Gate, passing through Bab al-Rahma area, during which Talmudic rituals are performed.
The sources pointed out that the daily incursions continue despite the comprehensive closure witnessed by the occupied territories, including the city of al-Quds, and the prevention of movement in the vicinity of more than 1 km.
Jerusalemites are prevented from entering Al-Aqsa due to the closure, while settlers storm the mosque under the protection of enemy forces, despite the closure breaching.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is witnessing daily incursions and violations by settlers and the various arms of the occupation, and their frequency increases during the period of the Jewish holidays.
