Mahrah Sit-in Committee: Riyadh agreement legalizes foreign presence in Yemen

MAHRAH, Dec. 31 (YPA) – The Peaceful Sit-in Committee in Mahrah condemned the bombings at Aden International Airport in which dozens of people were killed and wounded.

In a statement, the sit-in committee blamed the Saudi Arabia UAE for the fact that they controlled Aden and created the armed militias.

The Committee also supported Abyan tribes, who demanded the departure of Saudi-UAE forces from the province and other provinces.

It reiterated its rejection of the so-called Riyadh Agreement, noting that it establishes and legitimizes the foreign presence, and works to tear the social fabric of Yemenis and their unity.
