Citizen shot dead in drive-by shooting in Taiz

TAIZ, Dec. 29 (YPA) – Two gunmen on a motorcycle assassinated on Tuesday one of residents of Jahar area in Taiz province, southwest Yemen.

Eyewitnesses said that the gunmen fired a hail of bullets at the citizen Farouq Mahyoub Ahmed Sultan, killing him, and then they fled.

The city of Taiz is experiencing an unprecedented security chaos in light of the ongoing conflict between factions loyal to Saudi-led coalition.
