Yemen, DRC discuss humanitarian activities

SANAA, Dec. 23 (YPA) – Yemen and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) discussed here on Wednesday the council’s projects and its humanitarian activities in the country.

During a meeting gathered the Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Maneh Al-Asal, and the DRC’s Regional Director in Yemen, Gerry Garvey.

Al-Asal pointed to the need to coordinate with the Supreme Council to facilitate the work of the DRC to implement its humanitarian tasks and develop solutions to overcome difficulties and challenges.

Meanwhile, the DRC official appreciated the efforts of the leadership of the Council of Humanitarian Affairs in facilitating the humanitarian activities and projects being card out by DRC the in the field.
