Palestinian child, youth injured in escalating settler attacks in West Bank, al-Quds

SANAA, Dec. 22 (YPA) – A Palestinian child and youth were wounded on Monday evening, after a group of Zionist settlers attacked the homes and cars of citizens east of Hebron.

Palestinian sources said that a group of settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles and threw stones at them, causing the injury of the child Mahmoud Ayatollah Tamizi (13 years) and Muhammad Ziyad Al-Tamizi (33 years) from the town of Adhna, west of Hebron, with injuries and bruises, and they were transported to Al-Ahli Hospital in the city.

Settlers also attacked the homes and vehicles of Jerusalemites in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, north of occupied al-Quds.

Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of settlers gathered in the center of the neighborhood and threw stones at citizens’ vehicles and attacked homes and citizens there.

In Ramallah, settlers attacked a number of villages in the east of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, and attacked citizens’ property.

Local sources reported that settlers attacked citizens ‘homes on the outskirts of the village of Beitin, east of Ramallah, and that citizens confronted them without causing any casualties, while other groups attacked the outskirts of the village of Burqa in the province and attacked citizens’ homes and vehicles.

Likewise, settlers attacked citizens ‘homes in Al Mughayer village, north of Ramallah, and attacked a number of homes in the nearby village of Kafr Malik, while others attacked citizens’ vehicles on the Ramallah-Nablus road.
