Protesters denounce looting of cars by STC in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 20 (YPA) – Dozens of activists and citizens organized a protest on Sunday denouncing The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militias over  looting of  a car showroom in Aden, southern Yemen, local sources said.

The Protest took place in Sheikh Othman district , according to the sources.

The protesters demanded that that looted money and cars are returned and open a transparent investigation into the incident and accountability for those involved.

Security belt forces stormed al-Nasr car showroom in al-Mamdara area and looted some 230 million Yemeni riyals, 35 cars, and kidnapped a number of employees.
