Corona injuries around world exceed 70.52 million

SANAA, Dec. 13 (YPA) – A Reuters statistics showed that more than 70.52 million people were infected with the emerging coronavirus worldwide, while the total deaths from the virus reached one million and 598,967.
Cases of the virus have been recorded in more than 210 countries and regions since the first cases were discovered in China in December 2019.
The United States topped the list of the most affected countries in the world, followed by India, Brazil, Russia, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Argentina, and Colombia.
It is reported that the World Health Organization has classified the emerging corona virus “Covid-19”, which appeared in China late last year, as a global pandemic.
