NCM expects rainfall on Yemeni provinces

SANAA, Nov. 30 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected sporadic rainfall on most of the Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hour.

The center affirmed in its weather forecast that the rainfalls would focused on the highland chain, the western coasts and the Tihama Plain.

It explained the relatively cold weather would continue on parts of the western and southern mountain highlands of the provinces of Saada – Hajjah – Mahwit – Rima – Ibb – Taiz – Lahj and Al Dhalea.

The center alerted citizens in the mountainous heights, especially the elderly and children, of the cold weather during the night and early morning hours, calling on drivers to the warning of low horizontal visibility as a result of heavy fog.
