FM offers congratulations to Latvian counterpart

SANAA, Nov. 17 (YPA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgar Rinkevich.

In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Rinkevich, and the Latvian government and people on the occasion of the country’s national day.
