Army foils coalition attack in Hodeida

HODEIDH, Nov. 16 (YPA) – The Yemeni army foiled on Monday an infiltration attempt by the Saudi-led coalition forces towards al-Durayhimi district of Hodeida, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed the failure of the attempt coincided with intense bombing with various weapons.

Meanwhile, about 184 coalition’s violations of the UN-mediated ceasefire agreement in the province were registered within the past 24 hours.

An official in the operation room to monitor the aggression’s violations said the Saudi-led coalition’s spy aircrafts waged 9 strikes on al-Durayhimi district and al-Faza and mostly 21 spy planes flew over the areas of al-Jah, al-Jabaliya, al-Tuhaita and al-Durayhimi.

The official added that the aggression forces implemented 22 artillery and missile attacks and fired 134 live bullets.
