FM condoles on death of Syria’s counterpart

SANAA, Nov. 16 (YPA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, sent on Monday a cable of condolences to the Syrian people on the death of the Syrian deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs and expatriates, Walid Al-Muallem.

In the cable, Sharaf expresses the condolences of the Yemeni government and people to the brotherly people and Syrian government over the late Syrian foreign minister.

Sharaf affirmed that the deceased played an important role in supporting and defending the Yemeni people’s grievance by the diplomatic work on the regional and international levels.
