Relatively cold weather continues for 72 hours

SANAA, Nov. 8 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (YPA) announced that the relatively cold weather would continue on most of the Yemeni provinces for the coming 72 hours.

The center expected in its weather forecast that the weather would focused on the mountain heights and inland plateaus of the provinces of Taiz, Saada, Rayma, al-Mahweet and Ibb, with the possibility of fog formation on northwestern areas.

It pointed out that the atmosphere of the western coasts and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab would be clear to partly cloudy, with the possibility forming cumulus clouds, and active and moderate-speed winds reaching from 15 to 30 knots.

While the weather of the Socotra Archipelago would be a partly cloudy clear with moderate winds to reach a maximum speed at 20 knots.

The center alerted the residents of the mountain heights and the interior plateaus of the relatively cold weather during the night and early morning hours.
