China decides to impose sanctions on US companies

SANAA, Oct. 26 (YPA) – China announced on Monday the imposition of sanctions on US entities for their participation in the sale of US weapons to Taiwan.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, Zhao Lijian, said that the sanctions would be imposed on “Lockheed Martin”, “Boeing Defense” and “Raytheon” companies.

Last week, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that the US approval of a potential $ 1.8 billion arms sale to Taiwan would have a major impact on China-US relations.
