Violent explosion hits security department headquarter in Aden

ADEN, Oct. 12 (YPA) – A violent explosion hit on Monday evening the security department headquarters in Aden province, eyewitnesses told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources affirmed that they they heard the sound of the blast caused by an explosive device near the security department in Khur Maksar district.

They also confirmed that they saw smoke rising from the site of the explosion, without knowing the losses.

The explosion followed the handover of the STC leader,Shalal Shaia the city security, to the leader who was recently appointed from government in Saudi capital, Riyadh as a director general of Aden security.
