Israeli occupation launches arrests, raids in West Bank, al-Quds

SANAA, Oct. 12 (YPA) – The Zionist enemy forces launched at dawn on Monday, raids and arrests in several areas of the occupied West Bank and al-Quds (Jerusalem).

 

Palestinian sources reported that enemy forces arrested a young man after he was attacked near Bab Gawanmeh, one of the northern gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

 

It also arrested a freed prisoner from the town of Hazma, northeast of al-Quds, after they storming his family’s home and destroyed its contents.

 

In Nablus, the enemy forces arrested a young man after they raided his home in the village of Tel, southwest of Nablus.

 

A citizen and a member of the village of Qaryut, south of Nablus, were also arrested from the village of Qasra, south-east of Nablus.

 

In Hebron, two young men were arrested by enemy forces after searching their homes and tampering with their contents.

 

In the context, enemy forces set up several military checkpoints at the entrances to the northern and southern city of Hebron, entrances to the towns of Sa’ir and Halhul, stopped and searched citizens’ vehicles and checked the passengers’ cards, causing their movement to be obstructed.
