Anas tribes vow to revenge for martyr Major Ghushim killed by Tariq Afash

DHAMAR, Oct. 9 (YPA) – The Anas tribes in Dhamar province issued a statement concerning the torture and killing of Major Mohamed Ali Ghushim in the prisons of Tariq Afash and his brother Ammar on the west coast.

Sheikhs, dignitaries and elders of the Anas tribes condemned the heinous crime against Major Ghushim in Afash prisons for a year of brutal torture until he died.

The Anas tribes called on the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to set up a committee of inquiry to find out the details of the crime and punish the criminals.

They also called on the UN and ICRC to exert pressures on Tariq Afash and his brother Ammar to hand over the body to his family and relatives in Dhamar province.

The Anas tribes reaffirmed their clear and consistent position to confront the enemies of the homeland, tyrants and occupiers and to cleanse Yemen from their manifold and their shameful acts.
