Report: Saudi-led Coalition launches 18 airstrikes, ground attacks on Yemen over 24 hours

SANAA, May 18 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched 18 air strikes and ground attacks, including missile and artillery shells, targeting several districts of Yemen’s provinces during the past 24 hours, Ansar Allah Media Center said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Friday.

• In Saada province:

Five airstrikes hit Azqul area of Sehar district.

An airstrike was waged on Jumhuria camp in the north of Saada city.

Three air strikes on Aal-Hamaqi area of Baqem district.

Meanwhile, artillery and missile shelling targeted several areas of Monabeh and Razeh border districts.

• In Hodeidah province:

Three airstrikes was launched on a farm in Tuhaita district.

Five air strikes on Hais district.

• In Hajjah province:

An air strike hit Abs district.

• In Yemen’s Jawf province:

Saudi-backed militias targeted civilians’ homes with heavy weapons in Mutun district.
