Judicial Council approves draft regulations of Judiciary Support Fund

SANAA, Sep. 23 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council approved, in its meeting on Wednesday chaired by the Council’s Head Judge Ahmed Al-Mutawakel, the draft regulations governing the work of the Judiciary Support Fund after reviewing it and making some adjustments.

In its meeting, the Council reviewed a number of issues and topics related to the work functioning of the judicial authority bodies and took the necessary measures on them.

The Council also discussed the draft bylaw of the Judicial Inspection Commission submitted by the Commission and postponed the completion of its discussion and approval to the next meeting.
