Commander loyal to Islah killed, others wounded in Abyan

ABYAN, Sept. 10 (YPA) – A battalion commander loyal to Islah party’s militias was killed on Thursday with two of his guards and others wounded in Abyan province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The spokesman of the southern armed forces, Mohammed al-Naqib said that several killed and wounded arrived at Shaqra hospital, including the battalion commander.

According to the sources, all the dead and injured were within military reinforcements of Islah militias were coming from Marib province.
