Army forces purge al-Rahba district, advance towards al-Jouba district in Marib

MAIRB, Sept. 7 (YPA) – The army forces and popular committees on Monday fought fierce battles against Saudi-led coalition forces, during which they were able to purge al-Rahba district and advance towards the center of al-Jouba district, south of Marib province.

A military source told Yemen Press Agency that Sanaa forces managed to clear more than 69 kilometers during the past hours, amid a large retreat of the coalition forces and their mercenaries in al-Rahba district.

The source indicated that the most important areas that fell in the grip of the army forces and committees are al-Kula area and al-Sadara area, the center of al-Rahba district.
