Corona injuries worldwide exceed 25 million cases

SANAA, Aug 30 (YPA) –  The number of new Coronavirus infections in the world on Sunday exceeded 25 million, more than half of them in the Americas.
In an AFP census, the number of Corona virus, which causes the Covid-19 epidemic, has reached more than 25 million cases worldwide.
The agency said that the census it conducted is based on official sources, noting that it was recorded at 4:20 am on Sunday.
The agency added that, in total, the number of declared injuries, according to this census, reached 25,029,250 injuries, including 842,915 deaths.
Four out of 10 infections were recorded in the United States and Brazil, the two countries most affected by the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
The number of injuries in the United States reached 5,960,652, including 182,760 deaths.
In Brazil, the total number of injuries reached 3,846,153, including 120,262 deaths.
India has recorded, according to the Ministry of Health data issued today, Sunday, more than 78 thousand new infections with the Coronavirus, which is the highest daily rate since the start of the epidemic, with the number of infections exceeding 3.5 million, as reported by our correspondent.
According to the Indian Ministry of Health data, 78,761 new infections were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of injuries to 3,542,734 and 942 new deaths were recorded from Covid-19 disease, bringing the total number of deaths to 63,498.
