Yemeni astrophysics reveals weather developments in Yemen

SANAA, Aug. 29 (YPA) – Adnan Al-Shawafi, an international expert in Yemeni astrophysics , revealed on Saturday the developments of the weather in Yemen and its effects within the next week.

Al-Shawafi said in a statement that Yemen would come to a state of instability in the weather, which enters the atmosphere under the influence of a low pressure area, starting from Saturday until the end of the week, with scattered rainfall accompanied thunderstorms on some Yemeni provinces.

He expected that the heavy rains would fall on the eastern governorates of Mahra – Hadramout – Shabwa – Marib and Jawf with a marked decline in extreme temperatures.

Al-Shawafi strongly warned of the dangers of heavy rains, accompanying thunderstorms, with a decrease in horizontal visibility, of rocks and sand slips on the mountainous roads.
