Criminal Court holds session to try 32 accused of drug trafficking

SANAA, Aug. 25 (YPA) – The Specialized Criminal Court in Sanaa held on Tuesday its first session to try 32 peopel accused of promoting and trafficking drug and hashish.

At the session, headed by Judge Ibrahim Al-Ezzani, directed direct accusations against those accused of possessing, promoting and trafficking drugs and hashish, in the criminal case No. 538 for the year 2018.

The Public Prosecution demanded to seize all the defendants’ homes, real estate, and commercial projects, and their financial accounts derived from drug trafficking, as well as appointment of judicial guards on them.
