SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – Minister of Oil and Minerals, Ahmed Abdullah Dares, said on Saturday that the ministry would end its procedures for filing lawsuits against the Saudi-led coalition as a result of detaining the UN-licensed oil tankers.
The minister affirmed during his meeting with a number of media outlets representatives that the losses of the oil and minerals sector estimated at billions of dollars as a result of the suspension of many giant projects in the important economic sector.
Dares pointed out that the coalition was not satisfied with these losses and the siege on the Yemeni people, but resorted to detaining oil derivatives ships and preventing them from entry to Hodeidah port.
