32 tons of expired foodstuffs destroyed in Sanaa

SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – An Industry Office in Sanaa Governorate destroyed on Saturday 32 tons of expired foodstuffs.

Amin Shaya, the director general of the province’s office, explained destroying foodstuffs came in cooperation with the concerned authorities after completing the legal procedures.

He stressed that the Industry Bureau would not be lenient in controlling violators and taking legal measures against them who take advantage of the conditions of aggression and siege to harm the consumer.
