Saudi-led coalition launches 39 air raids on 5 Yemeni provinces

PROVINCES, Aug. 20 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Thursday waged 39 air raids on five Yemeni provinces, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, 21 air raids targeted Marib province, 15 of which hit separate areas in Serwah district and six others on Majzar district.

The coalition aircraft launched 13 raids on Jawf, including 11 raids on Khab Washaf district and two others on al-Hazm district.

The sources added that the coalition fighter jets also waged two raids on Nata’a district in Bayda province, two others on al-Dhaher district in Saada province, and one raid on Haradh district in Hajjah province.

On Wednesday, the coalition aircraft waged 13 raids on Sarwah district in Marib, two raids on Khab Washaf district in Jawf, and two others on Rushaha area in Najran region.
