National Vision is comprehensive project stems from Yemen’s potential: Deputy PM

SANAA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs Dr. Mahmoud al-Junaid said on Tuesday that the national vision is a comprehensive recovery project that stems from Yemen’s potential in many fields that can be used to make the desired transformation.

This came during his chairing a meeting held in Sanaa and included Minister of Transport Zakaria al-Shami and Chairman of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs Walid al-Wadaei.

At the meeting, al-Junaid noted that the guidelines for the first phase plan of the national vision focused on developing institutional work and enhancing performance.

Dr. al-Junaid said that the second phase plan would be more ambitious, from which operational plans would emerge to be implemented by the authorities over a period of five years, according to the capabilities available to them.

He confirmed that the Executive Office of the National Vision Management is ready to make harmonization and coordination between the various parties to implement the joint activities and promote the level of the national vision implementation.
